At Coal Kitchen, our food is inspired by flavours around the world, fuelled by produce from locally sourced origins in the communities we serve wherever possible.
Our story begins with sustainable, locally sourced ingredients from farmers, growers and producers that really care; crafted into dishes in our kitchens by passionate chefs, served by our friendly team.
Our ethos at Coal Kitchen is to make the most of the wonderful ingredients on our doorstep. Sustainable produce is a priority, and we work hand-in-hand with our suppliers to bring high quality, fresh, local ingredients wherever possible to the table.
We’re especially passionate about delicious food. Our story begins discovering flavours discovered on our travels, and delivering these to your table.
All our Bread, Buns and Pastries are delivered fresh daily from Pinkmans Bakery in Bristol – They make and bake everything from scratch. We know where every ingredient comes from and why. No artificial preservatives or colourings, and no GM.
